A goal in each half was enough to see the hosts progress to the semi-finals of this year's competition after a plucky display from the near neighbours.
Jude Smith was handed a start in the home goal with Josh Doherty restored at left back and five minutes into the action Jason Gilchrist headed Alex Byrne's right wing corner over the top for the Robins.
A poor clearance then led to James Hardy dragging a decent chance wide before Byrne's next cross hit Gilchrist in the area after Dan Dolling had missed his clearance.
The visitors then took the lead on 17 minutes as Rhami's deep corner saw Smith only palm the ball to Domaine Rouse who finished from a tight angle and Dagnall then dispossessed Callum Rowe with a possible foul before firing over.
One minute later Byrne's right wing delivery saw Hardy set up Mikey O'Neill for a neat left foot finish and the Robins could have moved ahead as Gilchrist brought a good save out of Greg Hall having collected another Hardy pass.
Multiple half time substitutions for both sides led to Jonny Nixon glancing a header straight at Smith from Dylan Woods' cross and after a good run, Doherty had earned a corner, where Byrne collected a return pass before chipping his effort against the crossbar.
Just past the hour mark a loose pass from Doherty saw Rhami's long range chip fly way off target and ten minutes later sub Louis White sent an incisive pass into the Town area which picked out the run of Willem Tomlinson for a confident finish.
Ashton could have made things more comfortable as Navarro's pass released Doherty down the left wing with Darius Osei heading over from a good position and Osei then brought a low save out of Hall before Woods found space in the area but could only fire his effort straight at the keeper.
