Role Responsibilities
• Operating turnstiles safely and efficiently on matchdays
• Welcoming supporters and assisting with entry procedures
• Handling admission payments where required
• Providing excellent customer service to fans and visitors even when under pressure at busy times.
• Reporting any issues to the Matchday Supervisor

Availability Required
Applicants to be available on most matchdays and provide notice if not available:
• Saturdays on scheduled home matchdays
• Tuesdays on scheduled home matchdays
• To arrive approximately 2 hours prior to kick-off

Ideal Candidates
We are looking for individuals who are:
• Honest, reliable and punctual
• Friendly and approachable
• Good numeracy skills & comfortable handling cash.
• Comfortable dealing with members of the public
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
