The Robins will be aiming to bounce back from the narrow 1-0 defeat on home turf suffered against Leek Town last weekend.
A Word From The Gaffer
Reflecting on the loss, manager Steve Cunningham said: "We're not putting teams to bed when we're on top and we were very much on top in the first half.
"Nothing needed to be said at half-time, we were positive and it was good. Getting into the game again, I didn't see Leek getting anything from the game, and that's no disrespect to them at all, but all of a sudden, to perform the way we did, give the ball away, and concede the way we did... it's just poor."
Looking ahead to Saturday's away clash against Cleethorpes Town, he added: "We'll go there and we'll be looking to put on a performance for our fans.
"We're patching everyone up at the minute and trying to keep the spirits high. The way that we train is unbelievable and we're a really talented group, but when we cross the white line we have to perform. We need to see that."
Opposition Watch
Cleethorpes currently occupy 10th place in the league standings, one point and four positions ahead of Steve Cunningham's men having played one game fewer (30).
During midweek, they emerged as 3-1 victors over Morpeth Town. A Josh Walker brace and a goal from Liam Hughes helped the Owls secure three important points and advance into the top half of the table.
Former Robin, Brad Abbott, has departed Cleethorpes ahead of this weekend - joining Emsley AFC on loan. The side has also confirmed the arrival of forward Max Wright who joins up on loan until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
Last Time We Met
The two teams came up against one another at Hurst Cross earlier in the season, and it was certainty one to forget for the Robins. Josh Walker and Callum Foster gave the Owls a two-goal cushion heading into the interval. Billy Whitehouse would then extend the lead after 58 minutes, and Walker rounded off the scoring with just little over 10 minutes remaining for a resounding 4-0 win.
